On the 7.8-acre site, our team managed extensive development, including utility improvements, parking, playgrounds, playing fields, and an outdoor stage with a covered shade structure. The Hollywood Regional Park Expansion is a testament to Roche Constructors’ capability in developing large-scale recreational spaces tailored for community enjoyment. The park features open play turf, eight pickleball courts, four natural turf soccer fields, and four dog park areas, providing a variety of options for active use.
In addition to these amenities, the park includes eight shade structures, picnic tables, and a precast restroom building, offering comfortable spaces for families and visitors. The expansive 1.26-mile, 10-foot-wide concrete trail is marked with distance demarcations at quarter points along the route and is equipped with interpretive signs, trash receptacles, and pet station bag dispensers, making it an ideal pathway for walking and exploration.
Visitors are welcomed by desert-native gardens and a thoughtfully designed entry area, featuring sidewalks, a newly paved roadway, and parking for 310 vehicles. Roche’s attention to both functionality and community needs makes Hollywood Regional Park a vibrant and versatile space for Las Vegas residents to gather, play, and relax.

Upcoming Las Vegas Construction Projects
We are excited to announce that Roche Constructors has been awarded the contract for Albertsons Store #0195, to be located at the intersection of North Decatur Boulevard and West Elkhorn Road in North Las Vegas, Nevada. This project will involve the construction of a 62,495-square-foot grocery store, along with the development of the surrounding 6.3-acre site.
In addition to standard grocery departments, this new Albertsons location will offer several customer-centric amenities, including a Starbucks, a pharmacy with a consultation room and drive-up service, and a Drive-up & Go order pick-up area. There will also be dedicated spaces for employees, such as a breakroom, locker room, office space, and human resources/training room, as well as an alcove for gaming.
Roche Constructors has a long-standing relationship with Albertsons, building stores for them for the past 40 years. Store #0195 will mark our 37th project with the company—a testament to our commitment to quality and reliable partnerships in retail construction.
Construction for Albertsons Store #0195 is scheduled to begin in January, with a planned completion date in October 2025. We look forward to delivering another exceptional retail space for Albertsons and the North Las Vegas community.
