What We Do
CM/GC | CMAR
In this option, the owner contracts directly with the architect for design, and Roche assists the owner and architect through the preconstruction and construction phases.
Competitive Bid (Design-Bid-Build)
Also called Design-Bid-Build, this is the conventional process where the owner contracts for the design directly and then puts the project out to bid.
Design-Build
Design-build is a contractual agreement where the contractor provides both design and construction services.
Full-Service Development
Roche’s specialty, our full-service approach is customized based on each client’s unique needs. We can assist with everything from site selection to financing.
Master Service Agreements
Master service agreements or on-call construction service contracts allow the owner to enter into a multi-year contract with a contractor to complete renovation, repair, and new construction projects.
Tenant Improvements & Interiors
Tenant Improvements and Interiors involve the building out of a buildings interior, but to the tenants specifications. These require an understanding of tenant agreements coupled with quick and efficient execution.
