Roche grants annual leave with pay to full-time employees who meet the following service requirements:
- 1-7 Years of Service: 15 days per year
- 8+ Years of Service: 20 days per year
Roche will match 100% of the employees’ payroll deferral to the plan up to 3% of income plus 50% of the next 2% income.
Contributions are vested immediately at 100%.
Roche includes a profit-sharing provision in the plan; this allows the company to make a profit sharing contribution in addition to the 401K match.
All employees who are employed 30 hours per week or more are eligible for the group hospitalization/medical plan provided by Roche. The plan also includes LIFE, AD&D, and Prescription insurance, as well as EAP and Wellness programs.
Section 123 Plan
Employees may elect to participate in the Section 125/Cafeteria Plan, which allows the insurance premium and banked funds to be deducted pre-tax.
