Project Description

Under nine separate contracts, Roche was responsible for on- and off-site development of the Arroyo Market Square construction, including utilities, roadways, paving, landscaping, and the construction of a maintenance building, Michaels, Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross Dress for Less, and three other retail establishments.
