EducationProject Description
The addition was built on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with a masonry load-bearing steel joist building frame system.
Roche also replaced the roof of the existing school as well as made LAN upgrades throughout the facility. The work on the existing building was completed after school hours to avoid disruption to the students’ learning environment.
Sitework included the addition of a new parking lot, utility work, and new landscaping.
