Las Vegas construction is a near-constant reality for the people of this bustling city. There are many valid reasons for this. One of those valid reasons is that the climate of Southern Nevada is suitable for infrastructural improvement and development year-round. Another, and perhaps the most supporting reason for the unrelenting nature of Las Vegas construction, is the growth of the city.
It’s no secret that Las Vegas is a highly sought-after vacation destination. More than that, however, people are staying there. It’s estimated that in the next 35 years, Las Vegas’ population will undergo a 90.5% increase in population bringing it from approximately 2.3 million to 4.4 million. This puts Las Vegas among the top 5 fastest growing metropolitan areas in the United States. (TheCenterSquare)
The foreseeable future of Las Vegas construction is bright and promising. Of the many benefactors of this reality, Roche Constructors is at the top of the list. To give you an idea of what Roche is capable of, here’s a quick look at the vast portfolio of Las Vegas construction projects they’ve masterfully completed.
Las Vegas School Projects
Roche has a knack for school construction projects (read: Roche Constructors Elementary School Projects). Of the many displays of this expertise, the Hannah Marie Brown Elementary School depicts it beautifully.
This project was completed in Henderson, Nevada, in honor of Hannah Marie Brown and the work she’s completed for the Clark County School District. This two-story, 90,371-square-foot school building is capable of accommodating up to 720 students in 46 classrooms, ultimately alleviating crowding in other nearby schools. Complete with a full playground, shade structures, and onsite parking – this Las Vegas construction project is a wonderful addition to the community.
Brown Elementary School is just one of many schools Roche Constructors has been entrusted with. Others to note include the Myrtle Tate Elementary School Replacement, the Tony Alamo Elementary School Addition, and the Don & Dee Snyder Elementary School Project.

Las Vegas Recreation Projects
For Roche Constructors, play is a priority, and they’ve had the opportunity to provide numerous venues for recreational activities in Las Vegas. One of the grandest has been the Majestic Park Softball Complex.
This massive complex was completed in the northwest corridor of Las Vegas and consists of 2.1 million square feet of outdoor recreation space. The complex features 12 softball fields—11 with lights—with dugouts, bullpens, and sun-shaded bleachers. The six artificial turf and six natural turf softball fields are used for league play. This heavily landscaped park dons a 40-foot curved entry constructed of masonry and tube steel with four-foot spheres to represent softballs.
Their impressive recreational work doesn’t stop there. Other completed recreational Las Vegas construction projects include the Freedom Park Renovation, the Big League Dreams Complex, and the first-of-its-kind Sean’s Park Phase 1.
Las Vegas Religious Projects
Rounding out the Las Vegas community experience, Roche Constructors has contributed to the religious sector with the completion of a couple of massive church-building projects. The most recent of which is the completion of The Crossing Phase 2 Auditorium Expansion.
This 46,813-square-foot auditorium building project was completed in the southwest corridor of Las Vegas and is an impressive display of construction mastery. The auditorium facility features three building systems including a pre-engineered metal building with structural metal stud infill for the walls, masonry load-bearing joist building frame systems, and structural framing. These building systems allow for an open environment free from visual obstructions while still ensuring a quality and secure structure. A true work of art.
