Project Description

The charter school addition is constructed on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with a structural metal stud and masonry load-bearing steel joist building frame system. The exterior elevation was finished to match the existing building.

Roche was responsible for complete interior finishes, which included five classrooms, six offices, and three student bathrooms and one staff bathroom. Roche also created a new secured entry vestibule for use by the high school students only. The scope of work also included a 600-square-foot renovation to rework bathrooms where the new wing connects to the existing building.
