Project Description

The scope of work included a complete remodel of the basement and first floor including paint, VCT flooring, carpet, specialty lighting packages, and installation of Target’s signature exterior signage. Because the roof is double-barreled, the mechanical and electrical equipment had to be hung from the ceiling and left exposed and painted black.

Target’s sales floor is on the first floor, and the stockrooms and receiving are located in the basement. The basement is also home to Target’s offices and employee breakroom. A freight/passenger elevator moves the merchandise to the sales floor.
