Roche was selected to convert an empty restaurant space in the Westlake Village Shopping Center in Greeley, Colorado, into a Korean BBQ and hot pot restaurant.

Project Description

The existing 8,400-square-foot space previously housed a restaurant. The scope of work included demolition, new HVAC, modification of plumbing systems, framing, electrical, and painting. While the restaurant features an updated table layout, most of the existing space remained unchanged including the restrooms, utility and storage rooms, and kitchen.
