Poudre Pet & Feed Supply

403 Pointe Plaza Drive, Windsor, CO

Located near the corner of Highways 392 and 257, Roche Constructors built a 6,082-square-foot building for Poudre Pet and Feed Supply, which replaced their original store on Main Street in Windsor, Colorado.

Retail

Project Description

The 6,082-square-foot building is constructed on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with a steel frame/braced joist building frame system and is finished with direct-applied stucco over CMU and masonry veneer. Poudre Pet occupies 4,011 square feet of the building, and the remaining space, which includes a drive-thru window, is for a future tenant. The drive-thru lane wraps around the entire building. Additionally, the building was designed to accommodate future solar panels on the roof.

Poudre Pet and Feed Supply’s space is fully finished and includes a large show room/retail space, two animal washrooms, two offices, restrooms, and a breakroom. The exterior features a brick-framed entrance tower and decorative overhead door. The unoccupied space was left as unfinished shell space that can be customized for a future tenant.

Site development included overlot grading, utilities, parking lot paving, site lighting, landscaping, stormwater system, double bay trash enclosure, screen wall fence consisting of cast stone columns, and electrical boxes for future EV charging stations.
