Located in Frederick, Colorado, the 12,075-square-foot building has structural metal stud framing with stone veneer and composite siding as well as pre-engineered metal trusses with a standing seam metal roof. The facility houses 16 outpatient offices, three group rooms, and one large conference room.
Site development included overlot grading, utilities, parking lot paving, site lighting, landscaping, and storm water system. The project site has space for expansion.
