Roche completed the tenant finish for the PETS Emergency Hospital, which is located in phase three of Bear Paw at Centerplace in Greeley, Colorado.

Project Description
The scope of work consisted of the full interior finish including paint, flooring, plumbing, lighting, power distribution systems, low voltage systems, fire sprinkler system, and HVAC. The pet hospital is home to seven exam rooms, a waiting room, lab/pharmacy, restrooms, two surgery rooms, treatment floor, laundry room, animal kennels, procedure room, employee breakroom, mechanical room, and medical gas storage room.
The exterior of the pet hospital is finished with a stone veneer, frosted glazing, an awning system, and branded signage. There is also an exterior fenced pet area at the rear of the hospital.
