Roche Constructors completed a 8,427-square-foot tenant finish for a new clinic for Mountain Family Health in Basalt, Colorado.
HealthcareThe scope of work for Mountain Family Health’s new clinic in Basalt, Colorado, included an 8,427-square-foot tenant improvement. The 5,963-square-foot first floor is home to dental and clinic space, which includes an operating center, dental chairs, six exam rooms, and two mental health rooms. The 2,464-square-foot second floor is home to two conference rooms, a staff breakroom, and a future pharmacy.
Scope of work included complete interior demolition, relocation of the front door and infill of the existing storefront, slab removal for all new underground plumbing and medical gas, and full interior build-out.
Roche also constructed a new exterior, stand-alone elevator to provide access to the open patio/common area located on the second level.
