Located just north of the Broadway and C-470 intersection in Littleton, Colorado, Roche Constructors demolished an existing building and built a tenant building for Kimco Realty.
RetailThe scope of work included the abatement and demolition of an existing 7,600-square-foot restaurant building prior to the construction of an 8,197-square-foot core and shell building with three tenant spaces. The new building is constructed on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system and has a structural metal stud building frame system. Exterior finishes include a combination of EIFS, stucco, and brick veneer with standing seam awnings and a standing seam roof on two towers. Roche was responsible for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing but not the tenant finish.
New landscaping and irrigation was added to the site as well as a new water quality storm structure and a 3,500-gallon grease interceptor.
