Project Description

The scope of work for this project included a 6,450-square-foot addition and remodel work in the existing 12,000-square-foot building.

The addition houses an administration area that includes offices and group rooms for a new program that supports single young mothers and expecting young mothers. The new program is housed in the existing building’s administration area, which received restroom/ADA upgrades. The kitchen in the existing building was also remodeled. The scope of work included upgrading all appliances and finishes to make it into a commercial kitchen, including a new grease interceptor outside of the building. The existing building also received new LED light fixtures. Sitework included adding 42 parking spaces.
