Vantage Hemp Facility #2

2337 115th Avenue, Greeley, CO

Roche Constructors completed two light industrial construction projects for Vantage Hemp at Highpointe Business Park in Greeley, Colorado. Both buildings extract hemp in various stages. Vantage Hemp is a producer of CBD oil, isolate, and distillate. The project was completed under four separate contracts — one contract for each core and shell and a separate contract for each tenant finish.

At Roche, we conduct business on three principles – Respect, Responsibility, and Relationships. Looking for a contractor? Contact us about your project or ask us any questions you have.

Light Industrial

Project Description

The 26,312-square-foot building is constructed on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with site-cast concrete tilt-up wall panels. The building features an interior height of 24 feet, and the facility has four overhead doors on the back of the building. The core and shell scope of work included lighting, power distribution systems, mechanical, and plumbing rough-in.

The tenant finish scope of work included the build-out of office space, restrooms, a clean room, and a break room. The facility takes processed hemp from the first facility and extracts the product further. A hydrocarbon room uses propane to break down the material to further the purification process. The crystallization room then takes the product to its final stage by introducing pentane which turns the CBD into a crystallite. The final product is 99.9% pure CBD ready to be used for pharmaceuticals, home goods, or other various needs.
