Roche demolished the existing King Soopers store and rebuilt it, which is located in The Point at Nine Mile Station – 22-acre mixed-use redevelopment at South Park Road and Highway 225 in Aurora, Colorado.

The one-story, 76,337-square-foot store has a mezzanine and features The Little Clinic (a walk-in healthcare clinic), Starbucks, ClickList grocery pickup lane for online shopping, and standard service departments. The pad-ready store is constructed with a steel frame/composite slab, cast-in-place concrete, and masonry load-bearing steel joist building frame system. The scope of work also included utilities, parking lot paving, site lighting, landscaping, and stormwater system.
