Located at the corner of 10th Street and 43rd Avenue in Greeley, Colorado, Roche completed the Greeley Village Assisted Living construction. The single-story, wood-framed building houses 17 units dedicated to memory care and 54 assisted living residences.

Of the 54 assisted living residences, there are 12 one-bedroom units and 42 studio units. In addition to the living units, the facility is home to a spacious lobby, a high-end library area, a large dining room with kitchen, private dining space, fitness center, activity rooms, gathering space, and salon. The exterior features a covered back patio and barbecue area with a small putting green, raised garden beds, fire pit, and playground for visiting children.
