Project Description

To enclose the rooftop patio to create an indoor dining area, Roche removed the existing pavers and reinstalled them and used steel structure and skylight framing to create the enclosure. Structural insulated panels were used to complete the non-skylight section of the roof. The space is fully heated and cooled.
