Roche renovated an existing 22,225-square foot office and hangar space as well as completed a 1,516-square-foot addition at the Northern Colorado Regional Airport in Loveland, Colorado, for Aims Community College’s aviation program. The new space allows for individual training as well as classroom teaching opportunities and also has hangar space for Aims’ airplanes. The scope of work included sitework consisting of overlot grading, utilities, parking lot paving, site lighting, and landscaping.
