The Campus-Wide Realignment project for Aims Community College consisted of 17 phases, which involved interior remodels throughout three buildings — Cornerstone, Westview, and College Center — on the Greeley campus.

EducationProject Description
The scope of work primarily included layout changes and finish upgrades. Roche removed current finishes, framed new offices and conference rooms, and refinished them (paint, ceilings, and flooring). Millwork was involved in some of the phases, and phase 14 required the addition of a heat exchanger in the Cornerstone Building to upgrade the heating system. The goal was to accommodate the changing staff and academic needs of Aims Community College.
