Project Description

The scope of work for the renovation included new flooring, paint, millwork, cabinets, light fixtures, signage, and storefront improvements.

Under a separate contract, Roche also completed a new turn lane off of 71st Avenue and into the existing bank parking lot. Work included demolition of the existing sidewalk and curb and gutter, storm water collection improvements, backfill, and new concrete turn lane and concrete sidewalk to match the existing.
