Located in Fort Lupton, Colorado, Roche Constructors built the Weld County Southeast Annex Building, a 16,800 square foot government facility adjacent to the Weld County Southeast Service Center. This project was designed to expand county services and includes motor vehicle offices, probation services, a medical clinic, and modern office space. The building also features conference rooms, a welcoming lobby, break areas, and dedicated storage to support daily operations for staff and visitors.

Project Description

The 16,800 square foot building was constructed on a load bearing spread footing foundation with a steel frame and braced joist structural system. The exterior features a combination of metal wall panels, EIFS and masonry veneer, along with a glazed curtain wall system that provides natural light and a modern civic presence.

Roche Constructors’ scope of work also included extensive site improvements such as utility installation, stormwater management, erosion control, landscaping, asphalt paving and patching, and concrete flatwork, ensuring the site fully supports the long term functionality of the facility.
