The 16,800-square-foot building is built on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with a steel frame/braced joist building frame system. The exterior is finished with metal wall panels, EIFS/masonry veneer, and a glazed curtain wall system.
Site improvements under Roche’s contract included utilities, stormwater system, erosion control, landscaping, asphalt paving and patching, and concrete flatwork.
