Project Description

The Greeley Building, which is listed on the City of Greeley’s Historical Register, was built in 1895 and was a school until 1912. It was then used as a recreation and senior center until it was purchased by a private owner for office space. The building is the oldest existing school building in Greeley.

Roche’s interior remodel scope included demolition, carpentry, updated millwork, floor coverings, acoustical ceilings, drywall and paint, bathroom accessories, and MEP improvements.

The finished space is home to new offices, conference rooms, a training room, restrooms, workrooms, and galley rooms.
