Roche Constructors provided a much-needed upgrade to Shawsheen Elementary in Greeley, Colorado. The school houses students from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade.

Project Description

The scope of work for Shawsheen Elementary School included the construction of two additions totaling 6,790 square feet and a renovation of the existing 35,515-square-foot building. The addition to the north side of the school serves as a new secure entry point and office space while the addition to the south side of the building provides four additional classrooms.

Renovations of the interior space included mechanical and electrical upgrades; replacing aging door hardware; finish upgrades such as carpet, flooring, and paint; and completing the necessary renovation work for the installation of a Smart Lab.
