Project Description
The scope of work included paint and flooring and installation of RTUs on the roof and VAVs and controls.
The X-Suites offers private office space with no long-term contracts or lease agreements. The finished space is home to 17 offices varying is size from 111 square feet to 490 square feet. The X-Suites also features a common conference room, kitchen with a coffee bar, and a waiting area for guests.
