Roche completed the interior renovation of an existing space to bring the Ameristar’s Jinya Ramen Bar and Baccarat Parlor to fruition.

Project Description
Located in the Ameristar Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado, the scope of work included a 3,900-square-foot renovation of the existing deli/food avenue on the main casino floor. Roche demolished the existing finishes and equipment to accommodate the new Asian-themed dining and gaming experience. The renovation included a robust millwork package that was installed along with upgrades to the existing finishes throughout the project area.
The new restaurant space includes a baccarat parlor with an elaborate façade screen wall. The screen wall rests on a built-up base clad with black metal. The façade wall is comprised of vertical black metal posts that are laminated between four maple wood members and arrayed around the gaming pit area.
The surrounding casino remained open to guests during construction.
