Funded by the Weld County Area Agency on Aging and Greeley-Weld Habitat for Humanity, Roche Constructors built a new senior center in the Hill-N-Park subdivision in unincorporated Weld County, Colorado. This modern facility provides a welcoming and safe environment for seniors to enjoy a variety of activities and services. The senior center is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents.

The 2,800-square-foot, wood-framed building replaced the previous modular structure. The senior center houses a commercial kitchen, dining area, multi-purpose room, library, office, and activity room. Roche’s scope of work also included site development and a new parking lot.
