The scope of work for the 2,046-square-foot space included concrete floor polishing, resilient flooring, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, acoustical ceilings, kitchen equipment installation, window coverings, painting, and casework. The center has six donation beds, a reception area, an office, two screening labs, a breakroom, and three storage closets.
The project was completed on a tight schedule. Roche completed work on time for an earlier opening date due to the high demand for donated blood and plasma.
