We supplied heating and ventilation to the owner-provided roof top units and installed complete electrical, fire alarm, and sprinkler system and then provided interior framing, drywall, and finishes. The finishes consisted of millwork, paint, wall and floor tile, acoustical ceilings, cedar wall planking, and stained and polished concrete floors.
Roche worked closely with the developer and the developer’s general contractor to ensure that in areas where we had overlapping scopes — such as the sprinkler system, fire alarm, and mechanical work — that all work was done correctly and on time. Roche continued to work with the developer’s general contractor weeks after our work had been substantially complete to ensure that the developer’s general contractor was scheduling and completing the necessary final shell inspections so that the grand opening date for Trader Joe’s would not be adversely impacted.
