The 2019 project was a complete commercial construction remodel of the 123,380-square-foot store, part of Target’s nationwide remodel project that continued through 2020.
The store received new fitting rooms, a new guest services area that includes picking up online orders, a nursing space for new moms, and new check-out stands. Upgrades also included polished concrete flooring, wall finishes, modern décor and fixtures, a new specialty LED lighting package, and minor HVAC upgrades.
The work was completed in phases at night to avoid disrupting the daily operations of the store.
