Project Description

The interior scope of work included modifying the mechanical, fire protection, and electrical systems; reconfiguring the refrigeration system and installing new coolers and freezers; removing all the VCT flooring and changing it to a polished concrete floor; installing new broadloom carpet; removing 23 check lanes and installing 19 new ones; and installing new storefront doors at the east and west public entrances and new impact doors throughout the building. Additional work included constructing a new fitting room area and a new electronics stock room and relocating the electronics department to the rear of the store. We also painted the walls on the sales floor and in the off-stage areas such as the offices, employee lounge, and conference rooms.

Finally, we painted part of the building exterior and replaced most of the Target signage.
