Project Description

SummitStone’s 9,759-square-foot project is in a two-story office building in the heart of the Orchards Shopping Center in Loveland, Colorado. Roche was responsible for the design and construction of the main floor of the building’s interior. The project involved the complete build-out of a core and shell space, which included four restrooms, offices, play therapy spaces, group rooms, reception/waiting area, and a break room.

The completion of this tenant finish allowed SummitStone to centralize their offices to this location. SummitStone Health Partners provides behavioral health services to the Larimer County community.
