Located in the Sky Ranch community off I-70 and E-470, the 44,590-square-foot school is home to K-7 students for National Heritage Academies, which is a charter school management company that operates 100+ schools across nine states serving more than 60,000 students in kindergarten through 12th grade.

Project Description
The scope of work included construction of the single-story, wood-framed school on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation. The school is home to 29 classrooms as well as a gymnasium, offices and conference spaces, student services rooms, teacher work room, parent room, health room, and kitchen.
Roche Constructors was also responsible for an asphalt parking lot with a bus pick-up/drop-off lane, curb and gutters, sidewalks, fire access road, trash pad and enclosure, irrigation system, landscaping, utility connections, playground, and soccer field.
Future plans are being developed for a high school next door. Sky Ranch Academy will offer grades K-7 for the 2023-24 school year, adding one grade per year through grade 12.
