The scope of work included an addition and small remodel at Salida del Sol Academy, a charter school that Roche Constructors built in 2013. The 2,725-square foot addition is divided between the school and a health clinic.

Project Description
The health clinic addition is 1,640 square feet and is operated by Sunrise Community Health. The clinic is home to multiple exam rooms, dental room, behavioral health room, lab and office space, and a reception area.
The school addition is 1,085 square feet and created space for school administration including offices, a conference room, and a teacher work room.
Roche also remodeled 400 square feet in the existing building to allow access from the school to the new health clinic.
