Project Description

QuikTrip stores feature a signature kitchen layout that takes up one-third of the store, which allows them to offer food that is hot and ready all hours of the day. Adjacent to the kitchen is 35 lineal feet of cooler space.

Roche was also responsible for the development of the nine-acre site including site demolition, off-site infrastructure/roadway, traffic light, utilities, parking lot paving, landscaping, and fuel equipment installation. A unique feature of the store’s exterior is the 18-foot LED QT monument sign that has been redesigned to advertise for food, merchandise, local weather, and fuel prices.
