RetailProject Description
Roche was responsible for the complete development of the 1.7-acre site and installation of the 2,433-square-foot convenience store with eight fuel pumps covered by a canopy. The store and the canopy, which were provided by the owner, were built off-site and shipped to the jobsite in several modules. The prefabricated building is clad in brick/stone veneer.
Site development included excavation, installation of site utilities and fuel system, concrete foundation systems, and a concrete parking lot including new curb/gutter and sidewalk connectors.
