The scope of work for Louisville Elementary School included asbestos abatement, exterior building and interior finish improvements, restroom renovations, retro-commissioning and repairs, HVAC controls upgrades, roof repair, site improvements, playground equipment and surface material upgrades, electrical system and lighting upgrades, classroom audio enhancements, fire protection system improvements, security partition installation, and security controls upgrades.
Work started at the end of March 2019 during spring break; however, the majority of the work was completed during the summer months when the school was unoccupied.
