KSU Jardine Student Housing Redevelopment

1955/1927 Kerr Drive, Manhattan, KS

The Kansas State University Jardine Student Housing Redevelopment project consisted of the construction of two, three-story, 25,000-square-foot apartment buildings and a 77-vehicle parking lot in a very aggressive timeline. There are 20 units in each building, ranging from one bedroom lofts to four bedroom units.

Multi-family

Project Description

The wood frame buildings were constructed on cast-in-place concrete footings. The exterior is finished with stone and brick veneer. Roche was responsible for complete interior finishes.

Roche worked closely with the general contractor on the neighboring project, which included another Jardine student housing building and the bulk of the sitework and utilities for our project. The other neighboring project was the third student housing building in the redevelopment.
