Project Description

The store is built on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with a masonry load-bearing steel joist building frame system. The exterior features heavy timber framing.

The Marketplace sells groceries and general retail and also has The Little Clinic (a walk-in healthcare clinic), a Starbucks with a seating area, a pharmacy with a drive-through, and a Click-List Grocery Pickup lane for online shopping.

The scope of work included the complete development of the 20-acre lot, which consisted of overlot grading, utilities, parking lot paving, site lighting, landscape, storm water system, and improvements to an irrigation ditch that runs along the west side of the site. Roche also built a 7,100-square-foot, core and shell inline retail building with a vanilla box finish that is home to four retail tenants.
