Project Description
The building is constructed on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with cast-in-place, painted tilt-up concrete panels and houses production space, a welding shop, storage space, and an office area. There is a concrete-decked mezzanine over the office area for additional storage.
Development of the 2.5-acre site included utilities, parking lot paving, site lighting, landscaping, a metal screen wall, and a 40-foot flag pole.
