The scope of work included removing and relocating walls; installing new flooring, ceilings, and windows; and updating the plumbing, electrical, mechanical, IT, security, AV, fire alarm, and fire suppression systems. Roche also patched and repaired architectural finishes.
The renovated building houses classrooms, administrative space, meeting rooms, a kitchen and lunchroom, and a multi-purpose/gym space with a stage area.
