Clayton Park was constructed in the center of the newly-developed Erie Highlands neighborhood.

The 8.5-acre park features two baseball/softball fields, one soccer field, basketball half court, open turf green space, concrete walks and pedestrian trails, a playground with an embankment slide, and a shade and picnic area structure.
Site development included utility tie-ins (water, sewer, electrical), site grading and drainage, landscaping, irrigation system, stormwater system, and site furnishings.
