Located at the busy intersection of 14th Street/SH 402 and Lincoln Avenue/US 287 in Loveland, the scope of work for Big D #61 included construction of the 3,525-square-foot convenience store and fuel station.

The store is built on a load-bearing spread footing and driller pier/grade beam foundation system with a steel frame/braced joist building frame system. The exterior is finished with stone and brick with a stucco façade and structural metal awnings.
The interior features a clerestory ceiling, ceramic/quartz flooring, stone countertops, kitchen with FRP wall panels, and men’s and women’s restrooms. The retail floor area includes a cashier counter, food counter island, and walk-in coolers and freezers with retail display shelves.
Site development included utilities, parking lot paving, site lighting, landscaping, monument sign, masonry bollards, CMU trash enclosure, and six fuel pumps covered by a canopy.
