Bear Paw III at Centerplace is the third building at the Bear Paw development. Developed in partnership with PB Roche Solutions, the scope of work included a 13,170-square-foot core and shell retail building. Roche Constructors also completed selective site development for the 0.76-acre parcel.
RetailThe building is constructed on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with a steel frame/braced joist building frame system. The exterior is finished with Zip System sheathing, stucco, masonry veneer, and metal panels. A drive lane divides the building into east and west wings, and a canopy between the wings ties the building together.
Current tenants include PETS Emergency Hospital and Chicken Salad Chick, which has a drive-through.
