Bear Paw III at Centerplace

4144 24th Street Road, Greeley, CO

Bear Paw III at Centerplace is the third building at the Bear Paw development. Developed in partnership with PB Roche Solutions, the scope of work included a 13,170-square-foot core and shell retail building. Roche Constructors also completed selective site development for the 0.76-acre parcel.

Project Description

The building is constructed on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system with a steel frame/braced joist building frame system. The exterior is finished with Zip System sheathing, stucco, masonry veneer, and metal panels. A drive lane divides the building into east and west wings, and a canopy between the wings ties the building together.

Current tenants include PETS Emergency Hospital and Chicken Salad Chick, which has a drive-through.
