The Agrium Wholesale Technical Center is located in the Highpointe Business Park in northwest Greeley, Colorado. Agrium is a major producer and distributor of agricultural products and services in North America, South America, Australia, and Egypt through its agricultural retail-distribution and wholesale nutrient businesses.

The 17,890-square-foot facility is a combination of CMU and pre-engineered metal building constructed on a load-bearing spread footing foundation system. The CMU portion of the building houses the offices and lab area while the metal building portion houses the Applied Chemical Technology (ACT) equipment. Roche installed the owner-provided ACT equipment that consists of 21 skids, 13 pieces of other equipment, and several miscellaneous items such as chutes, ducts, ladders, platforms, and other pieces. The skids and equipment have wide variations in size and weight. Roche was responsible for placing, anchoring, and completing the interconnections for each skid and piece of equipment.
Our scope of work also included complete site development consisting of overlot grading, utilities, parking lot paving including a truck dock and truck turnaround area, site lighting, landscaping, and site retaining walls.
