Greeley Public Defender’s Office

Project Description

Originally built in 1895, The Greeley Building is listed on the City of Greeley’s Historical Register and holds a long history of community use. The building served as a school until 1912 before later operating as a recreation and senior center. It was eventually purchased by a private owner for office use and remains the oldest existing school building in Greeley, adding historical significance to this municipal renovation.

Roche Constructors’ interior remodel scope included demolition, carpentry, updated millwork, new floor coverings, acoustical ceilings, drywall and paint, bathroom accessories, and MEP improvements. The work was completed with care and precision to preserve the character of the historic structure while delivering modern municipal commercial construction services.

The finished space now includes new offices, conference rooms, a training room, restrooms, workrooms, and galley rooms designed to support the daily operations of the Public Defender’s Office within a functional and updated environment.
