Adams County awarded Roche Constructors the CM/GC contract for the office renovation project at the Colorado Air and Space Port’s main hangar in Watkins, Colorado.
The scope of work includes renovating the office area on the ramp side of the main hangar to add desk space for current and future staff, a break room, conference room, and locker room. The renovation area totals approximately 3,750 square feet.
Preconstruction will start immediately with construction scheduled to start in the second quarter of this year.
