Project Description
The building features an interior height of 24 feet, and the facility has six overhead doors on the back of the building. The core and shell scope of work included lighting, power distribution systems, mechanical, and plumbing rough-in.
Roche also completed the tenant finish for two tenants totaling 7,774 square feet. The scope for the tenant finish included offices, restrooms, and storage/warehouse space. An additional 18,699 square feet is still available and can be demised for up to three future tenants.
