EducationProject Description
Upgrades in the existing school included replacement of the roof, exhaust fans, HVAC controls and package units, CCTV security system, instruction alarm, LAN, clock and intercom system, fire alarm system, and chiller and boiler along with pumps and controls. The scope of work also included modifying and upgrading the equipment and telecommunications rooms and installing AV instructional wall upgrades.
Site development included three new playgrounds, shade structures, asphalt paving replacement and resurfacing, painting, striping, and fencing.
